Welcome back to another episode of Cooking With Yvie! I am happy to have the show back here. I apologize for having taken so much time in between episodes. I guess with the heat going on here in Riverside (95 degrees plus) I haven't been wanting to use the oven much, and it seems a lot of the stuff we make involves the oven.
I'll have something next week that is not a baked good, though, so keep an eye out for that.
For now, though, here is Yvie's latest efforts: Iced Pumpkin Cookies. (one thing, the cookies probably should go about 16-17 minutes at least, 15 was just a wee bit soft, fine and everything, just soft, maybe I'm nitpicking...)
