Well, since I celebrated my 500th post earlier today, I figured I'd start post number 501 by asking for some feedback.
In my ever-present quest to keep my readers entertained, I wanted to pose a question or three.
What sorts of things do you want to see more of? What would like for me to blog more or less about? Are there any topics that I don't blog much about, be it fitness/motivation/nutrition related or not? Anything is fair game.

Hmmmm....I like all of your posts, especially Motivational Mondays and Cooking With Yvie. I also like reading about your weight loss journey since I'm always looking to drop a few pounds. I'd like to see some examples of how to portion your daily calories. I'm not always very good at that.
I read every post, and I can't think of anything to add. I just wanted to drop in and say "Great job!" and that I LOVE the cooking with kids videos.
I love the blog, I can only think of maybe profile other runners who inspire you?
I miss the sunday meals you used to post, those were always wonderful. And the heads up on worst and best for you foods/restaurants- I like those, very informative :)
I would love for Mrs. Muddy Runner to guest blog on how (if at all), through your hard work and perseverence, her life has changed. Many times, in relationships, any changes undergone by one partner will affect change in the other. I truly enjoy the diverse topics touched on in your blog.
I love all the health and fitness stuff, but would also like to know more about the LB outside of all that.
