I don't have much time this morning but I will squeeze in a run. I'm heading out to the gym for an interval run, The Interval run. I haven't been to the gym in a while as I've been able to run outdoors which has been great, but I miss The Interval!

Getting back to routine sometimes is great, especially when that routine is enjoyable.

The Interval, by the way, is my favorite 42-minute run, of which I'm actually only running for 24 minutes.

I just tried your wrap recipe from a few posts back. It was delicious. It's a great way to cut down on the amount of meat in your diet - I didn't feel like I was sacrificing flavour for health. Thanks for the idea. It looked good and it was.

Well alright! I'm glad I was inspired to blog about it. It's become my favorite lunch recipe. I'm so glad you tried it and reported back!

No running for me, but I'm going to start power walking next week when the kids go back to school. Is there another tour planned for AR? I'm looking for something to keep me a little bit more motivated. Any and all suggestions are welcome!
