No, not my giveaway. I'd love to offer a giveaway and I may at some point, just haven't quite figured out what to give away.
Anyway, my rockin' blog buddy Christy of It Just Looks Like Slow Motion is offering a giveaway at her blog which consists of... well, you'll have to check it out to see what it's all about.
Christy is sort of new to running. She recently knocked out a PR in a 5K on Thanksgiving, about five days after running the Ragnar Relay Florida. That's a fantastic stretch of time, to run the Ragnar Relay and then to PR in a 5K. Hats off to Christy!
She's also running in the Disney World Marathon in January, her first marathon. I'm actually a tad bit jealous. If you read this blog at all, you know how much I love Disneyland. So combining two of my loves - running and Disneyland - would be something that could happen only if I wished upon a star, or something. Maybe Disneyland will expand their Half-Marathon Weekend into a Marathon and Half-Marathon Weekend, then that'd be great.
But for the time being I'll have to live vicariously through Christy. She'll run her marathon about three weeks before I run mine so I'll have enough time to cancel... I mean, adequately prepare myself for Surf City based on her own experience.

Hey LB, have you ever run the Disneyland half? I'd like to do that sometime, maybe we could run together, or me run after you lol if I and you ever decide to do it.
