White Zombie's Thunder Kiss '65 is one of my favorite go-to songs. When I need a push to get through a rough patch or want to get really pumped, this song fits the bill. I have it on a playlist (one of the few I've made) and I have it timed to coincide with my sprint during my 42-minute interval run.
The sprint is in minutes 35 and 36 of my run. Lately, I've gotten up to 9.0 for those minutes and I'm usually already tired. I'll have to blog about my interval run so it makes more sense.

Mine is Rihanna's Pon de Replay. I can play it again and again (maybe that's what's behind the name?)
