Before I get to my next and final resolution, just wanted to point out a new list on the right-hand side of the page.
I'm going to keep track of my mileage for my runs. It's a little difficult sometimes trying to figure out how many miles I run per week so this will be a big help. But also, it will serve as motivation too, because it's better to write in 5.04 miles than 4.78, even though the distance isn't that much of a difference.
I ran 5.04 miles this morning and I will blog much more about that later tonight.
And now, back to the resolutions...
